DroneSOM.SPEED
DroneSOM has once again made significant progress, bringing us closer to finalizing our commercially ready products. The DroneSOM.SPEED project is a continuation funded by EIT RawMaterials, designed to expedite our efforts in this direction.
The DroneSOM.SPEED project focuses on several key areas to enhance our market impact. Our primary goal is to accelerate the commercialization of the remaining four products (excluding the gravity system) by ensuring technical excellence. We will develop a demonstrator case that showcases the complete package, delivering high-quality results while effectively disseminating information. The project will include a customer case study and intensive dissemination activities to broaden our commercial reach. We also plan to refine our market entry strategy and conduct educational initiatives centered on drone geophysics and data integration.
Key Products to be Completed.
- Drone EM System:
We will conduct field testing, validation, and pilot surveys in Scandinavia.
- advangeo® 3D Prediction Software:
This software will undergo testing and adjustments to integrate data from the RADAI EM sensor into 3D models, showcasing workflow effectiveness.
- GisSOM Software:
We will integrate 2D data and enhance its educational potential, while also developing it for compatibility with Windows 11.
- 3D Inversion Software:
Our focus will be on optimizing this software for faster data turnaround and improved usability, achieved through better automatic data transfer and workflow efficiency.
The DroneSOM.SPEED initiative aims to enhance and promote our products, thereby increasing customer interest and improving our market penetration. By introducing advanced geophysical technologies, DroneSOM partners will assist mining companies in securing funding through cost-effective solutions. This initiative will drive the deployment of cutting-edge technologies in the mining sector, fostering innovation and improving access to raw materials.
By the end of the project, we expect our new products to empower our partners to expand their workforce and enter global markets. To support these efforts, we will implement extensive outreach and educational initiatives focused on drone technology and data integration.
